Hill of Fare run. Most runnable hill run i've done in a while. Legs felt not too bad actually, enjoyable run.

Night run! Started at 11pm night before. Did various routes up and down Bennachie. Good night for it, mostly dry, not too much wind and some moonlight at the start. Felt mentally very awake till I stopped, which is encouraging. Physically I was quite tired near the end but that was expected based on the run earlier in the day and the week. Good to get it done!

Route up Morven from Nik's house. Felt really tired from the off, not quite sure why, maybe a lack of food or energy.

Run into Countesswells and back. Although not that fast, felt like a decent-paced enjoyable run, something that has in general been lacking the last few weeks.

Downhills and ascent on far side of Brimmond. Wet and slippery underfoot.

4 reps of Brimmond. Slow compared to a few months ago, managed the last one in 4:30. Just not used to going into the red zone.
