After watching the lovely weather out of the office window all week I finally got to play in it. Lovely run with Alice from Coniston through Guard's Wood and up to Tarn Howes. Then on to Black Crag and back via Tom Gyll and Yew Tree Farm.

Consciously working on technique. No trouble from calf or groin. Phew - back to training.

Groin and calf a bit ruined. Have decided to wrap this week up. Recover over the weekend and then be ready for a hard week next week. Need some consistency and the groin feels very close to pulling.

Drills with Lecky followed by a 30 min run. Many muscles still not happy from Sunday and so just kept it super easy as some felt close to pulling/tearing.
