Spectating Long Mynd. Was going to do longer but legs were feeling a bit broken so kept the distance down and had loads of breaks trying to figure out the route. Stressful time trying to find 4G on the hill in an attempt to enter me, Mal and Mann for the Ben. Good time on feet if not distance.

Parkrun plus before and after with JMal. Tried very hard for a 17:03. Didn't feel at all comfortable and suffered from the off. Definitely feeling Thursday's track session. Can take a little positive that I can still run low 17s when feeling broken.

I'd forgotten how much I dislike road running. Calf not happy afterwards and muscles generally really sore like they'd been moving out of position. Lots of work still to be done on technique! The last few kms were hard work back to Mals.

In the Climbing Hanger w/ Mal. Cool spot, much prefer it to Kendal. The only downside is that rather being filled with mountain men it's instead filled with hipsters. Lots of routes, music and loads of sofas - 9/10.

Climbed well also.

Fairly long session but coped well. Not letting Matt get away too far but certainly not as close as I'd like! Better on the 1's tonight too. Hopefully starting to develop some speed endurance.

Rubbish session tonight. Couldn't do stuff I've already done which was annoying. Went back to basics and tried to turn it into a strength session by doing the easy stuff. Also tried doing all the easy stuff with good (ish) technique so just about salvaged the climb

Wansfell front and back from Dubbs. Don't know why I did this route again. Really don't enjoy the stepped climb up Wansfell. It's not so bad in the dry as you can just run up the grass but when it's wet you have to use the steps and they just destroy any rhythm. Some solid efforts on the ups but not feeling great tonight.
