Rest from running with an evening massage from Dave. Seems to have eased the ongoing sciatica in my right side as well as be tightness around the Right knee

3x10min Hills on the path from Sticklebarn up to Pavey Ark with 2mins jog down recovery. On my Todd as no one wanted to join. Enjoyed it although legs felt so flat and heavy. Felt strong despite this.

Then linked up with the others at the top and did Thunacar, Harrison Stickle and then went down the right hand scree off of Pike O Stickle which was super fun and proper sketchy.
