Good, hard, tarmaccy-fun.

10 miles steady with a few easy on the WD. Nice route, maybe need to use the higher road rather than the lake main road as I ran out of pavement and it was a bit sketchy at times.

On the roads over towards Winster. Plan was to cut over to the lake road and back through Bowness but got stuck on a private road and had to turn back. Ended up running down the Bowness-Crook main road so a bit hillier than I’d wanted.
