Three Shires wit lads. Knee fine and felt really good throughout. This was the longest fell run I’ve done since the Bob so nice to get through it unscathed and feeling strong. Even managed to jog half the hellish Lingmoor climb with Matt in tow although may need to scout out new alternative line as Pup Harris put 30 seconds into us.

5 x (3 hard, 3 moderate) on Yoke. Felt good. Moving the same speed as a few weeks back but with a headwind rather than a massive tailwind and an extra set this time so definite improvement. Bonked on the way back down and stumbled back to the car. Can’t beat a good bonk.
