Ennerdale with Tom. Nice and easy pace, walking the climbs and jogging the rest. Absolute mist fest from start to finish but I guess that’s good practice. Botched the line after Red Pike and ended up way too low but the rest was good bar Tom running off the top of Kirk Fell towards Wasdale. Good day out.

Coniston fell tempo at about 2.5/3h race pace. 80 mins. Quads felt a bit dead this morning and in the WU but all good once going. Felt strong throughout although lost the intensity a bit coming down the Old Man.
