don't really want to get started, know that I will feel better if I do....
Took yesterday off due to super nasty weather....here goes
1 mile hike at 3-15% incline at 3.6 mph
1 mile run 6.8 mph
1 mile run at 6.0 with incline 3-7% changed at random intervals
1 mile at 7.0 mph
Thank heavens I am done on the treadmill....
followed it up with 300 reps of core work....
