4 x 400m, 200m jog recovery with warm up/down. Felt good! Distance was probably a bit dodgy because I was running around the soccer fields on the oval behind my house...though it looked about right though :)

Trialled olle's little work-out session: 2X 10 squats 2X 10 lunges 2X 10 calf raises 2X 10 hamstring pushup Bridge hold/plank. 2X 30sec holds. cycling crunches Going to try and do this twice a week and build up the reps. Found the cycling crunches the hardest!
