Swimming for cross training and getting the legs back to normal for the week ahead. Hard masters workout but did not finish the whole workout, breathing while sick, in the pool, is pretty hard.

Came down with a gnarly cold on Thursday and felt like crap. The legs felt good and I didn't finish the last 30 minutes due to feeling like crap. I usually finish the run no matter what but the sinus infection is not good. Green and yellow not all coming out.
Recovery run much needed today. Legs were sore and sluggish due to the amount of running over the weekend and also swimming. First week of PB training and feeling good. Tired due to blue grass last night (9:15pm in bed).
