Still alive! Lots of skating I haven't logged, no running. Injury report:
- pt is helping mcl, is 100% ok for orienteering, 95% ok for non-contact skating, and unusure % ok for contact. Have been doing pt, mostly w the goal of not having my knee collapse inward when I'm unstable or doing single-leg squat stuff (the idea being that, eventually, it won't collapse inward when someone hits me either).
- sesamoid stuff feels worse today than it has in awhile. Should be fine for running, but playing it safe and not skating tomorrow.
- Plantar fasciitis has felt better recently (but not running, so I'll see if it still feels better after NAOC). Gonna take it easy for NAOC, I'm thinking not running in the Long at all (I'd already gone down a distance) and playing it by ear for sprint/middle.
