actually running-drill circuit with some stuff on the high jump mat, hurdle mobility, and 4 strides at the end. Hotttttttt! Felt my pulse a few times, and it was through the roof! Good to do something though, I don't know what it was about yesterday but today I was restless.

Long run w/ Lizzy, Claire, Eworlz, and Kim! I was w/ Lizzy bc we were going longer, and we actually went kind of fast! Not a good habit to get into, but it felt good.
