Note

2 new leg press PR's! Did >= 10 reps of each. On seat position #2:
two-legged: 280
one-legged: 150

Also did some hamstrings (40lbs), back, and hip flexors. My hamstrings, sadly, don't appear to be getting stronger as quickly as whatever muscles leg press uses:(
