Roller derby 1 
Roller derby scrimmage night! Have been consistently skating 2 practices/week without foot pain, and this was my first scrimmage back that I felt prepared for. Have been avoiding jamming bc toe stop work had been aggravating my foot more, but I was in the jammer rotation for the entire full-length scrimmage! Mostly just used my edges but think it's probably safe to start incorporating some toe stop stuff again. Practiced skate-to-toe-stop transitions after the scrimmage.
(Don't have time/HR data bc fitbit broke and haven't been keeping my garmin charged. Maybe will start using my garmin again soon if I keep logging.)
