Oof today felt effortful and not really sure why. Don't think air quality should affect things, and was pretty reasonable today anyway. But did mean I was avoiding working out in the past week. Also was laying motionless in a scanner for 2 hours right before this, so that's something that's out of the ordinary. Helping a labmate out with data collection for a project before the undergrads come back with their germs and parties!
