3.6-mile paved walk, the most I've really done since my achilles problem started! It was a flat-ish route, with just enough incline to be a reasonable progression from walks around grad housing. It was cold-ish and I had to wear chacos bc they're the only ones that don't press on my heel, so I wore a compression sleeve to keep my foot and ankle warm.
Was getting some pain right after the hilly part, so stopped and sat a bit before heading back (and slowing the pace a bit, especially up hills, since bigger steps usually bother it more). Also some pain while sitting around later, so took some advil. Will ask the physical therapist about it tomorrow.
