Right-side ankle eversions still improving
No achilles pain either
Did balance clock on squishy disc instead of skates in case there's any lingering inflammation from yesterday
Stretchy-band side-walks off skates.

Longer version.
Ankle stuff all in one set each (30 reps)
Clock balance on skates
Band walking on skates. Still not sure that's the best choice for it (whether my form's good enough).

I feel so awake after doing this!

3.6-mile paved walk, the most I've really done since my achilles problem started! It was a flat-ish route, with just enough incline to be a reasonable progression from walks around grad housing. It was cold-ish and I had to wear chacos bc they're the only ones that don't press on my heel, so I wore a compression sleeve to keep my foot and ankle warm.

Was getting some pain right after the hilly part, so stopped and sat a bit before heading back (and slowing the pace a bit, especially up hills, since bigger steps usually bother it more). Also some pain while sitting around later, so took some advil. Will ask the physical therapist about it tomorrow.

this time did the foot-elastic-band-walks on skates!!!! (also the balance ones again)

Right-side ankle eversion still recovering from overdoing it a few days ago, but able to complete them with less band resistance, and feeling much better already.

Right ankle eversion feels better this time.
Clock balance on the disk instead of skates, which is harder, and it was EXTRA SO MUCH HARDER on my right side!!!! Gahhhh

Also did lots of walking today. I maybe felt some stuff in my heel afterwards, but gone the next day.

At physical therapy. She also did a massage thing on my achilles. And I got a new exercise, where I put a band around my feet and try to side-step while I hold my feet straight.
