Working on some dance skating stuff with 2 of the sunday skate people! I think overall slower movements than derby, but can be pretty hard! Definitely got a lower-your-hr notification from my Garmin!

Beginning achilles-stretch version of dips (instead of lifting my back heel, which I can't do since I want my derby toe stops to stay in)!

Oof. Dehydrated and it was warmer than I would've liked, so didn't do too much and took it kind of easy. Recovery metrics are still improving/not terrible, which is great, and hopefully they keep getting back up there! I felt the ball of my foot a bit, which is a bummer, but probably just means I need to get back on the ice (convenient since it's warm this week!). No discomfort in my achilles!!!! :D
