I was feeling rough during this and so cut it short! No achilles pain though (possibly bc I haven't been pushing with the achilles stuff), which is great, and a tiny bit of ball-of-foot pain that's gone the next day.

Also today I ran out of nutella and am forced to eat my sandwiches with peanut butter since I have lots of extra, which is probably more healthy but definitely more sad :/
