This was fun. Foot and ankle felt good! My watch kept beeping at me to slow down. I think zone 4 is maybe tempo pace, but my legs weren't tired and I wasn't going fast. But I didn't do too much, especially since there's also a lab hike tomorrow.

Bike appointment. It’d been awhile since I’d had to do the stationary-bike-with-mask thing, and also I was frustrated from my new ferritin results that were lower than I wanted (but about what I expected). So my patience was thin and I didn’t stay very long!

Side rant: how have I been taking supplements and trying really hard to eat meat for 4+ months and it’s barely even higher! I’d thought if it was low there’d be some sort of curve where it increased faster at the beginning. But maybe I just have impatient expectations. Do emojis work on here? Apparently not, but I need some emojis to express my mood!!!

(Ftr I wrote positive things too but they got erased, possibly bc they came after the emojis I tried to put.)

Was in the evening, dark-ish! Also cool/dry, and my throat felt a little sore from the air. Foot felt a bit sore at the beginning, achilles was 100% fine! Felt slow-ish at the beginning, then did some shorter bits so I could pick it up more.
