With Abyan/Jinah on the hockey-stoppable surface in Nuevo West. Some dance skating, and starting to learn a new dance they were working on! Also almost fell backwards for the first time in forever but put my leg back and caught myself. I'm keeping a highlight reel of all my bloopers/falls, but unfortunately I didn't have video going for this one!

Other notable accomplishment was I could actually do side surf while pushing with one leg and keeping my legs in that position.

This was with my friend lauren, so slower than I'm used to. (Probably beneficial for where I'm at though?)

She did nottttttt like my soft-surface run so after half a lap we transitioned to sidewalks.

Combination of dance skating and derby in my living room. Foot felt good! Lots of time on one-footed transitions. Intensities from my Fitbit.

Also I realized this is probably the first one-month period since last july I haven't had a super-fatigued day, even though I've been consistently active. Progress!!! And even with a day of lots of activity, still feeling great the next day!
