quick jog. didn't add a note for my pt appointment yet, but was trying to pay attention to small things to slightly improve

on skates, single-leg balance, single-leg T's, 0-weight deadlifts/squats. No pain in my foot and only lingering discomfort in my shin!

Shin hurt a few times, mostly super randomly/sharp. But the running felt smooth :D Also had some pain Saturday when I wasn't doing anything (at a derby outdoor matrix-watching party!).

Warmed up with a 2ish-mile walk where I simultaneously hatched 12 pokemon eggs while running a lucky egg and star piece :)
