Friend from WashU is visiting! She went running, and I used that as an excuse to do PT! Lots of balance stuff and standing-up stuff.

Knee pain: some sudden pain going up steps, so we avoided steps most of the time. (Duller pain the next time on steps.)

PT! Cleared to start doing some walk/jogs again. Also said the slightly-asymmetrical skating laps are fine since I'm doing other symmetrical stuff. Most challenging stuff this session were bosu squats (both sides) and step-ups onto the squishy side of the bosu. Also I got a new exercise called airplanes that are like forward T/single-leg RDL, except I'm supposed to twist my upper body to both sides.

Pretty sleep-deprived and sleep tracker yelling at me, but this felt good.

RDLs in gym (first time at 12 lbs!) and then no-weight skates ones, then single-leg backwards glides, which felt good! (nice tile floor).

Also did a few super slow and controlled plow stops to take advantage of the good surface. Not technically in my easy part of my plan, but I was being careful.
