Pretty sleep-deprived and sleep tracker yelling at me, but this felt good.

RDLs in gym (first time at 12 lbs!) and then no-weight skates ones, then single-leg backwards glides, which felt good! (nice tile floor).
Also did a few super slow and controlled plow stops to take advantage of the good surface. Not technically in my easy part of my plan, but I was being careful.
