Last training before the final race of this season. Decided to run slow with my heart rate being low. Didn't care that much about my speed. Mainly wanted to get some longer distance into my feet/legs to see if I am at least a bit ready for the upcoming race. I have to say I felt pretty good when I finished. Pleasantly tired with no pain at all. The after-stormy weather helped a lot. Fresh and humid air. Was easy to breathe. (cloudy, humidity 80%, 17°C)

My muscles were a bit stretched & stiff after the weekend running in the mountains. The weather was great. Felt so-so. (sunny, humidity 70%, 22°C)
