Went to BS7 gym with Billy which was fun. Really quiet up there today and so we went round and did a bit of everything. Started off with suspension bands, then used powerbags, did a bit of balance work, short bit with kettlebells, worked on calfs, some chins and then went into weights room and took turns doing intense drop sets on shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest just to destroy each muscle. Was a really enjoyable session although i'm definately not gonna be able to do anything tomorrow.

Fancied a late night run so i ran to Frankie&Bennys in hengrove leisure park, went at a fairly strong pace although i didnt push myself too hard and relaxed a bit if i needed too. Was a nice run, had a surprising amount of energy when i got going and very little traffic and stuff. However there was a stupid amount of groups of drunk kids about my age wandering around along airport road, although not too surprising as it is a friday night. felt good overall despite my legs being a bit knackered already from kettlebells. was quite a refreshing run

Boxing at wik-lee, started off pretty light but got quite into it as time went on, with a few really intense sessions on bag. Also did some work with kettlebells

Kettlebells at wiklee, went quite hard again, although i was feeling a little bit tired but overall it was pretty good. Seemed to have loads of energy when i finished though which was odd

Went school gym with George, did same 10 sets with med ball again as usual. Starting to get a bit bored of it now/finding it a bit easier, gonna have to change it up for next week. However other than that was a good session.

School gym, was empty today apart from at end when adam came to watch me. Just did same med-bal set as last week, 10 sets, finishedwith some 1 hand press.

BS7 Gym, started off with a bit of everything on suspension bands, did some muscle-ins and then finished off with weights. Was there for w ahile (2hours) so i took it fairly slowly

Circuit training, was a really good session when i got into it, worked hard but before and after i was having another migraine (not a very bad one but still annoying). Might have been because i ate loads of pork when i got home from school.
