Went to BS7 gym with Billy which was fun. Really quiet up there today and so we went round and did a bit of everything. Started off with suspension bands, then used powerbags, did a bit of balance work, short bit with kettlebells, worked on calfs, some chins and then went into weights room and took turns doing intense drop sets on shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest just to destroy each muscle. Was a really enjoyable session although i'm definately not gonna be able to do anything tomorrow.
