Parents dragged me out to Charterhouse and the Land today so i figured i'd take it as another rest day. However i ended up doing some trampolining and actually got quite a good workout doing loads of those twisty-things (not sure what they're called) which was quite fun as it was outside in the sun :)

After trampolining i was feeling more energetic so i decided to do an intense shuttle run up and down the field with a car tyre (throw it forward, chase it, throw it again, chase it...) Ground was a bit boggy and uneven too which made it more difficult and muddy

Boxing at wiklee, felt a bit more energetic this week as i have been taking it easy last few days and i didnt go to gym at school earlier. Did a few intense sprint sessions on bags, a bit with kettlebells and some general fitness stuff (running, sprints, bodyweight excersizes) and a little bit on technique. was also a really quiet session so not as many people in the way.

Kettlebell training at wik-lee, started off a bit slow with warm up but as session went on i just seemed to get more and more energy. Did usual kettlebell exercises today, started off with lunge & squat things then went on to do some circuits, then did some more bagwork. After session finished i still felt up for doing more so i spent an extra 30 mins-ish doning shuttle runs with the big bag and then burpees+ press with the little bag to knacker myself out. Overall another good session

Was supposed to go to BS7 Gym today, but i totally crashed out for 2 hours when i got home from school and now i'm up i just feel really tired and groggy. May be on the verge of overtraining (been feeling a bit tired all week) so figured it would be best to take tonight off.

Really intense but short training sess in biology today with adam and the biology lads, 2 minutes of intense squatting non stop. really got my heart elevated

Intense, compacted session in school gym with george today. didnt have a lot of time and wanted to get all 10 sets of med-ball thing in so went hard - although halfway through we we're briefly interupted by an angry Tiron who stormed in and started venting his anger about how crap basketball training was today. Felt a bit weak/tired at first, although things did pick up a bit as i went on. Been the same story all week this week, been feeling alot more exhausted than usual despite the fact i've done a lot less. overall was a good workout and we finished just about on time as we hoped.

Went to BS7 Gym, quite a long session today, did a lot of differrent things (SB, powerbags, kettles, chins, weights) although it was also reallly busy so i spent more time than necessary talking to people and waiting for people to finish using stuff so i could train. Overall a fairly slow paced sessin although when i got going with something things picked up. Slowed down a lot toward end though which was annoying as it left me feeling very dissatisfied when i finished.

Circuit training with Max Dan and Bibeck, didnt have as much energy as usual and didnt go quite as hard, still went well though. Finished off with core work (plank-press isometric) although i felt it much more in my shoulders.
