Uphill Sprint training down Arnos court park. 15 sprints in total, 5x up front of hill, 5x up side of hill where it's steeper, and 5x up steps in wood which was quite steep but really knackering as steps are massive and uneven. Despite the fact no one came with me it was really enjoyable as it was a nice evening and i was in the mood. Also saw and spoke to Jake cook as well as he walked past which was nice
