Crossfit 50:00 [4]
Warmup: Sprint drills, plus pullups, pushups, lunges and squats. This warmup was hard. Bastards.
WOD: 15-12-9 of legs-on-box pushups, knee-to-chest hangs, and floor-to-overhead with a 25lb plate. There was one other person doing it with me, and she was a personal trainer, and bionic, and in my attempt to keep up with her I managed a 4:16 time, which was "way too fast"
The "Way Too Fast" Workout: Since we got through the WOD quickly, we were told we had 2 minutes to rest before doing a 1000 metre sprint on the erg. And here's a bastardy bonus: for every second over 4min, we would have to do a burpee. I must hate burpees, because I pulled like a bastard, and in some sort of miracle, got in at the 4 min mark.
