Started off slowly. Legs started to come around after 20 minutes or so. Overall I'm feeling pretty good after yesterday's effort.

Running race 8:14:30 [4] 50.0 mi (9:53 / mi) +6273ft 8:50 / mi

First 50 miler in almost 2 years. It felt good to be out, but it also felt pretty tough. I had some ups and downs, but was able to push when I wanted/needed to. I was glad to be running with Dan. Stomach was solid for entire time. Straight water seems to be the hydration answer.

Ran Mt. Si @ threshold with Danimal. First time up Si in a looooong time. Got up to bench in 53:29. Not my best time by far, but being out of the routine and with a bit of snow, I'm satisfied. Although time wasn't amazing, my legs felt great up and down.
