Ran up to the Tennis Center. Did 5x repeats up approximately 200m of hillside. Did Indian runs up to the MP trail. Ran down the MP trail. Did core exercises, and then ran back to West Point.
1 hour of time vetting ice's course. Didn't make much progress and felt pretty moody today. I should work on being resilient. More bouncy ball, less egg.
Vetted Ice's course today. Had trouble finding the first point, and then my stomach acted up in a major way. Got in two sets of planks before we decided to head out. Could have been a better day in many ways.
