Note

No training - too stuffed after yesterday - don't want to overdo it.

And I went mapping but I wouldn't dream of counting that as training.

OK this definitely counts as real training - I dont care who you are.

Went to a small event for my club at the Shizuoka Prefectural University. I was a expecting a nice short easy jog around the campus on a sprint map but oh no - I was given an A3 1:10000 of the surrounding MOUNTAINS and I was sent off on a 60min score event. Admittedly I didn't run ALL the time, but at no stage did I actually sit down for a rest or duck into a shop for an ice cream.

Walked to the video shop... and back.

This qualifies as training because:
1. I would normally drive
2. I walked briskly
3. There is a big hill on the way home
4. I am getting a cold so thought I had better have a an "easy day"
5. I wore running shoes

Also, it is 15 min EACH way - I only recorded a TOTAL of 15. OK Andy?

my first training entry on AP. It could also be my last. Nothing else seems to motivate me to train so I might as well try this. I know 11 min is pretty pathetic but that is an accurate reflection of my present condition.
