Ankle tester. Felt pretty good but felt my Achilles "heat up" with about 150m to go. Housemate claims the "injured" right Achilles was way hotter than the left.
Felt during the week it was actually less of an Achilles issue as it was more the sole of my foot felt weird, although I've been feeling pretty good the past two/three days. After this though I'm not so sure.
I'm actually going to the sports doctor tomorrow due to my chronic back issue, so will see if he has time for this. Otherwise straight to the physio.
