Note

Taking some time off training.
You know it's bad when it's rice for breakfast, rice for elevenses.. rice with a sprinkle of sugar for desert.. and your digestive system is still in bits.
Back to the doctor!

Ok slight exaggeration, also some boiled veg and plain boiled chicken for dinner.

Sluggish enough tbh, and legs not the freshest either.

A couple of early pauses due to accidentally tying my laces too tight. Also had to pause when I saw a curlew off inchydoney. Saw four in total which is actually a significant percentage of the birds' near extinct population in Ireland. Some hardy few still remain in and around Clonakilty bay.
