OK Nuts Trophy - full blood.
Blodslitet style course, with three loops. Mostly just a run in the park, except for one problem with direction out of the control, and one absolutely huge error, thinking I was at 4 when I was at 3 on the last course. Went all the way to 5, making a big route choice error because I thought I was coming from 4, then punched 5, went back to 6, realised I hadn't punched 4, and did the 3 controls all over again. Added at least 1.5 km, and lost me the race. Very annoyed.

Right leg hurting after the weekend. Not sure if it's a bruise from falling over or something more serious. Went to the college nurse who gave me some icepacks, and taking a couple of days off just to be sure.
