Stormont. Pain pretty managable, 1-2 on flats, 3 on hills and 0 on downhills. Will probably test it on something hillier tomorrow

Spoke to Andy today about the achilles, and got some instructions. Normal running at pain levels <2 is fine, 2-5 ok, but needs to be controlled. >5 not allowed. Prescribed loaded heel raises, and lots of work to bring the left leg up to strength with the right one. Recovery on the order of months :-/

Easy around the park to give Max some exercise. Did something to my achilles at some point in the past couple of weeks, possibly when I fell down a hole on Gleann Fhada, so am going to take a couple of days off and do lots of stretching and recovery stuff
