Note

Pretty good week of training finished, feeling pretty comfortable on 60k. I'm going to start building the mileage back up from now onwards, adding maybe ~5k/wk. Will stick with 5 runs a week but just increase the distance of each. Will aim for one session/hard run per week until at least December before stepping up to two.

Hadn't had any actual pain in the achilles for a couple of weeks, so thought it was time to test out a session. Just 5*3min/90s, which was the maximum specified session! Very muddy and soft - so pretty tough going. Achilles all good though.
