JK Relay - Pwll Du, 3.7km, 2nd leg of Women's Trophy with Niamh & Aoife

Slowish to #1 because I thought I'd gone too far but apart from that accurate. Pretty exhausted. 7th on my leg and 14th overall :)

JK Middle - Merthyr Common, W18E, 5.5km

Roughly 4:30 lost on #1, still can't figure out what I did wrong. Practically on top of #5 but I couldn't find it so lost a bit of time there. Had some really good legs up until #14, where I was aiming for the hill just in front. Too far right on #18 but eventually found it. Managed to ignore the other people on my course around me well for most of it which is an improvement. Good bit of time lost overall but had some good legs.

JK Sprint - Swansea University & Singleton Park, W18E, 2.7km

Mixed run. Should have slowed down in the small park section at the start as I had quite a few slips. Lost maybe 30s on #5 because I got stuck going through a hedge. Clean in the urban area, but headed off the complete wrong direction to #19 and lost just under a minute.
