run 0-35 at 6mph, then 35-60 at 7.5, then back down to 5.5 for 10

Easy run on treadmill after tiring day driving back and forth to Milton via Niagara to take Natasha skiing. Wasn't going to run, then realized I wasn't doing anything else while watching tv, so ran an easy 5 k on the treadmill starting at 5 mph, and moving up to 6.3 by 10 minutes and keeping it there for rest of way. Felt good. right knee felt sore most of day, but no problem during run.
