Cycling (Bit of mud) 1:31:00 [3] 33.7 km (2:42 / km)

Was a bit late getting up so said I would catch the group up, turns out they pussied out and waited in a bus stop at top of eccy road before turning round because of the rain. I must of been cycling sooo fast they didn't see me. So just a ride by myself with a bit of offroad thrown in

By myself on skys edge route, again running past some of the more interesting characters in Sheffield. This time saw two lads on a quad and a big guy who looked very angry. Keep telling myself I'm gonna stop doing this route incase one day I stumble upon some gang warfare but the views are nice and it definitely raises my heartrate.

Wasn't too sure how my legs were gonna feel, and being a quick course thought I'd give it a shot. Set off at a reasonable pace but by the halfway mark I had blown up completely, rest was just survival
