Did a reduced session with Alex with the weekend in mind. 2x2km 6.52,7.17, felt awful on these. Right calf really tight. Then 2x300m 55, 55. 3x200 35,32,37. Not the best session

Pretty happy with this, faded a bit towards the end so definitely more to give. Also slowed down a little in the last km after trying to jump out of the way of a dog and ended up kicking the poor thing in the face
