Hockey race (Match) 2:00:00 [4]

First hockey game for the season and WE WON!!! 3-1. I even assisted in one goal!
Went on for part of the 3rd's game as well.

West Met cross country at Queen Elizabeth Park, Concord. Somehow this is the first time I've run on this course, I think it's because it normally falls on the Easter weekend. Really enjoyed it. First course with hills for the season which was a good change. First 4km I had Rosemary right on my shoulder but felt confident I would be able to drop her. Felt like I eased a bit between 4 and 6km because I Rosemary dropped back a lot and was running on my own.

Hockey training. Lots of dribbling and passing which I can do kind of OK. But add a defender and I forget everything! First game on Sunday.

Hills at Callan Park/Rozelle. 3 x short steep hill (660m) - 3:00/2:46/2:50 and 2 x long flat hill (790m) - 3:00/2:59. Felt good. I enjoy these hills but got dark a bit too early.
