M21A at the WA Sprint Champs. Was ok technically, a couple of minor hesitations but nothing more than a couple of seconds. I was dying physically by the end though. Ended up in 3rd, 30s behind Sten and 1:15 behind Riley.

Not playing well, but most of that was down to the dead balls and soreness from the gym yesterday. Tripped on a ball at the end and hurt my wrist, luckily my ankle was ok, so I should be fine for state orienteering Champs on the weekend.
