Gym night. Not feeling very inspired, but a decent treadmill session after all. Speed/incline intervals.

- 2 min. jump rope combos
- hip adduction/abduction
- 18 pushups
- 10 Power Wheel roll-outs (but did 60 sec plank on 2nd because abs were still roasted from heavy bag class on Sat.)
- heavy bag stuff w/o gloves; hammerfist, round/teep kick, elbows, rising slap, etc.
