Bodypump (high rep barbell work) class @ Y. Used embarrassingly light weights but thought I should be conservative since I haven’t done much w/ weights in a long time.

Swim5:00 [3]
Laps in pool. Then a bunch of goofing off w/ kiddos. Scoped out the steam room - that may come in handy for heat acclimatization in May b4 DK.
