ahr:127 max:166 shoes: Motobecane Fantom X Team Ti

40 mi. Busch gravel plus hike/bike trail. Then 3+ Hamburg/Katy/Greenway laps when I couldn't stand the dust clouds anymore. Tried to push the pace on the H/K/G laps. Weather couldn't have been any more lovely! Sad to miss the O' meet - decisions, decisions. Needed a long ride and only had this block of time.

Super pathetic laps @ Y. Plus off-clock goofing around w/ daughter. Water felt GREAT.
