Family trip to Broemmelsiek. While kids rode bikes and scooters, I ran the trails...maybe 4 or 4.5 miles?? Then when I returned, I chased after them on the roads -- sort of like doing some sprints only WAY more fun.
Hamburg to Lost Valley, down LV center road to bottom of hill, back to work and laps around disposal cell. Really not the best conditions! I'm alternating between sweaty-hot and freezing cold pretty much the whole ride.
Strength = core, glut. med., VMO, push ups Stretch = static and dynamic 40 min of much-neglected strength work -- not too disappointingly weak, but definitely need a little work to get back to where I was a couple months ago.
