Bike (singletrack) 1:25:02 [3] 13.21 mi (9.3 mph) +1033ft
ahr:149 max:165 shoes: Trek Superfly 100

Oh yeah - another ride fit into the work week! So nice when the plans materialize. Rode 3 laps of the Broemmelsiek race course trying to focus on picking efficient lines. All the twisty-turny stuff and not a lot of climb doesn't exactly capitalize on my strengths...but great practice!

Tried to do this ride yesterday...failed miserably...but success today! Dropped off kiddo at school, then headed to Broemmelsiek which, fortunately, is mere minutes away. Rode everything forwards and backwards and just tried to practice being smooth. Rhythm broken a bit by phone calls and nice trail-side chat with fellow rider, but good session anyway. Such a treat to be able to do this in the morning!

Run (gravel) 27:00 [3] 2.5 mi (10:48 / mi)
shoes: Hoka One One Stinson EVO

Bin duty! Plus a little extra distance. Good warm-up for my strength session.

Strength/Stretch 45:00 [3]

Strength = all kinds of stuff w/ upped intensity - thus the 3. Ouchie, but a good ouchie.

Stretch = the whole shebang - dynamic, static, foam rolling.

Run (gravel and trail) 45:00 [3] 4.25 mi (10:35 / mi)
shoes: Hoka One One Stinson EVO

Bin hauling plus additional loops on the yard trail. Didn't bother w/ the Garmin so distance an estimate but should be pretty close.

Beautiful night with huge, bright Big Dipper.
