Night ride around surrounding subdivision roads with a little gravel and grass thrown in. This was the 1st time I used the Garmin on this type of ride and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of climb because I thought it would be less. Wish there was a monster hill on this route but I will have to live with the little rollers.

...then a quick transition to the running shoes for a slow little jog around the yard trail and on our road. Think climb is off. Was thinking it would be around 200 ft.

Impromptu baby ride on our yard trail and gravel road all in the name of getting mail up to the mailbox for my mother who is visiting this weekend. Don't know how far or how fast -- just threw on the bike shoes and helmet and peeled out to intercept mail person. One thing I do know is that it was hot, hot, hot. So hot, even the horseflies were laying low. Did a bunch of laps.

Got up early for an hour-ish on the computer, then went for a quick run -- finally a good balance.

All the usual stuff. More focus on the strength than the stretch. Jumped rope and did mountain climbers with gliding discs in between sets.
