- Box step-ups w/ dumbbells
- Hip adduction/abduction
- Push-ups
- Several deltoid moves w/ dumbbells
- Mountain climbers w/ gliding discs
- Bunch of jump rope doubles ("double-unders" to the CrossFitters)
- Static/dynamic stretch
- Planned more but cut short by poor, sick kiddo
