RPM spin class @ gym. IMO a rather strange concept -- pitch dark room w/ black lights, blaring, thumping music, and instructor yelling through a mike...BUT...the HR doesn't lie. I cannot often obtain this intensity just doing my own thing. Plus it's a fun group. Fine, I'll take it!
