Drove to work to let Matt in for the LV luau then rode a fun and slightly adventurous route to gym for spin class. Nice to have a "destination" for ride instead of just going around in a loop for no particular reason. Mileage includes ride back to work.

Quick biz trip to Paducah. All the planets aligned w/ my rental car and departure time so enjoyed a lunchtime ride on the Tunnel Hill State Trail -- just a rail trail, but a mere 120 sec. off the hwy and real nice scenery. Like biking through the middle of Hawn but everything was bigger (rocks, streams, and relief). Fun to play mental game of "what would the O' map look like here?" to squelch the rail trail boredom. Windy.
